Metasearch is a technology that lets you compare flight and hotel prices from dozens of specialist sites simultaneously, instead of manually checking each site individually.

YallaSafra does not sell tickets or hotel rooms directly. We aggregate results and display them in an organised way, then direct you to the provider's site to complete your booking there.

When you enter your search criteria (destination, dates, travellers), YallaSafra passes them to our partners — Aviasales (via Travelpayouts) for flights and Stay22 for hotels — which return current offers from airlines and booking sites. We display those offers so you can compare them.

The process includes:

• Sending simultaneous search requests to our provider network.
• Normalising prices and converting currencies to enable fair comparison.
• Displaying results ranked by price, quality, or ratings.
• Redirecting you to the provider's booking page when you click on any offer.

We strive to display accurate real-time prices. However, flight and hotel prices change constantly and a difference may exist between the price shown on our site and the final price on the provider's site.

Reasons prices may differ:

• Some prices are cached and may not reflect immediate updates.
• Additional taxes or fees may be added during the booking process.
• Seats or rooms may sell out between the time the result is shown and the booking is completed.
• Exchange rates may differ depending on the provider and payment method.

YallaSafra does not process any payments and does not hold any reservations. All financial transactions take place exclusively on the airline, hotel, or partner booking platform's website.

This means that:

• Your credit card or payment details are never entered on our site under any circumstances.
• The actual booking and its confirmation happen directly with the relevant provider.
• For any issue with the booking, payment, or cancellation, you must contact the provider directly.

YallaSafra earns affiliate commissions when users click through our site to partner booking sites and complete a reservation. This is our business model that enables us to offer the service free of charge.

We state clearly that these commissions do not influence comparison results or the ranking of offers. Our priority is to honestly and transparently show you the best prices, regardless of the commission amount we may earn from any given provider.
