Prices displayed on our platform are sourced from third-party providers in real time and may change at any moment. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of offers presented by third-party providers. Actual prices at the time of booking on the provider's site may differ due to price changes, ancillary fees, taxes, or currency conversion requirements.

When you click on any offer or booking button, you will be redirected to the external provider's website. Your transaction is then subject to that provider's own terms and conditions and privacy policy. YallaSafra bears no responsibility for those transactions or any experience arising from them.

You agree to use YallaSafra only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the platform in any way that harms it or interferes with other users' ability to access it.

Specifically, you may not: scrape or extract platform data using automated means without our prior written consent; create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes; impersonate any person or entity; transmit any content containing viruses or malicious code; or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

YallaSafra, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including lost profits, damages caused by third-party pricing errors, missed bookings, or disrupted travel.

In no event shall YallaSafra's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid to us, if any, during the three months preceding the claim.
