When you use YallaSafra, we collect various types of data in order to provide and improve our services. This includes account information such as your name and email address, which you voluntarily provide upon registration, and the search queries you perform on the platform such as destinations, travel dates, and booking preferences.

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit the platform, including: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited, access times, and the referring path used to reach our platform. We use this diagnostic data to analyze platform performance and ensure stability.

We may receive information about you from third-party sources when you log in using social media accounts or other third-party services. This typically includes name, email address, and profile picture, according to the privacy settings you have configured with that service.

We use the data we collect for specific, necessary purposes: operating the platform and delivering comparison search services, personalizing your experience based on your preferences and search history, and improving our search algorithms and the accuracy of displayed offers.

We also use your data to send newsletters, promotional offers, and service updates — but only if you have given your explicit consent to receive them. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings.

We do not use your data for automated decisions with legally binding effects on you. Aggregate usage data may be used for internal analytics; however, these analytics are anonymized and do not identify you in any way.

YallaSafra uses cookies and browser storage for two things: running the site (for example keeping you signed in) and visit statistics through Google Analytics 4, so we know how many people visit and which pages are read. We do not send your name, email or account ID to Google Analytics.

We show no ads, we are not part of any ad network, and we use no advertising or retargeting cookies. The flight search tool (Travelpayouts/Aviasales) and the hotel map (Stay22) run inside our pages and may set their own cookies to run the search and to record that a booking came through us.

There is no cookie settings banner on the site; you control cookies from your browser settings, and you can stop Google Analytics by deleting and blocking the _ga cookies or with Google's official opt-out add-on. Full details are on our Cookie Policy page.

YallaSafra does not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances. We believe your privacy is not a tradable commodity.

We may share your data with third parties in very limited cases: with technical service providers who help us operate the platform (such as server hosting, Google Analytics for statistics, and email), under each provider's data processing terms. We may also share data when legally required, such as to comply with court orders or regulatory requirements.

When you are directed to a third-party provider's site to complete a booking, the data you enter on that site is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any provider before completing any transaction.

Under applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents, you have the right to: access your personal data and request a copy of it, correct any inaccurate data, request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), and object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
