Luxor MuseumOn the Nile corniche between Luxor Temple and Karnak, Luxor Museum opened in 1975 with a deliberate idea: show fewer pieces, well lit, with clear labels in several languages.
Karnak Open Air MuseumIn the north-west corner of the Amun precinct at Karnak, off to the left just before the Second Pylon, is an open-air museum that most visitors walk past, even though it holds some of the finest carving in Egypt.
