Outdoor water park in Dubai
Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, set between the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel on Jumeirah beach and operated by the Jumeirah hotel group. It is one of the oldest and best-known water parks in Dubai, themed around the tale of Juha, a famous figure of Arabian folklore, with a desert-wadi setting of fort and old town. The park offers a wide range of slides and water rides for all ages, from fast, high slides for thrill-seekers to a lazy river, a hidden lagoon, waterfalls and out-of-the-way swimming holes, a large wave pool that mimics the sea, and areas for small children. Its location adds a unique backdrop, with views of the Burj Al Arab from the top of the slides. It is an ideal place for a full family day away from the bustle of the city and an enjoyable way to beat the Dubai heat.
Open daily 10:00–19:00, sometimes closing at 18:00 for private events; tickets are about AED 295 for adults and AED 245 for children (per Wikivoyage, 2026), cheaper online. Arrive at opening on a weekday to avoid queues. Lockers and towels are for hire, halal food is available, and modest swimwear is required, with burkinis permitted. Note the height limits on the big rides. Combine it with the neighbouring public Jumeirah beach and Madinat Jumeirah.
